We aim to pack your order as quickly as possible, typically within 1–2 business days of purchase. Please note that during peak or busy periods, processing times may take a little longer. Delivery times will then depend on your location and the postal service.

We’re sorry to hear your purchase wasn’t quite right. You’re welcome to return your order provided it meets the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.
Please contact us first via email or phone with your order number and reason for return. If you would like to exchange your item, we can place it on hold for you while we await your return. Once we’ve heard from you, our team will provide instructions on how to complete your return.

As we are a boutique stocking a wide range of brands, sizing can vary between labels. We recommend checking each product description for specific fit notes. If you need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to contact us, our team will be happy to guide you in choosing the best size for you.
On each product listing, just below the Add to Cart button, you’ll find a section that shows in-store availability. If the item is marked “Pick Up Available,” it’s currently in stock at our boutique. If it says “Not Available,” the item isn’t available to try on in-store.
If you'd like us to place an item on hold or bring a product from our warehouse
for you to try on in-store, we’re happy to offer this service free of charge. Simply let us know at least 24 hours in advance and please include the date and time you plan to visit so we can have everything ready for you. Likewise, if you would like an item put on hold for you, please contact us.
You’ll find us in the inner sector of the precinct, closest to Ann Street side. We’re located directly across from Brisbane Lashes and Jack Mitchell,
and just two stores down from Guzman y Gomez.

We’re fortunate to be located within the 1000 Ann Precinct, which offers 2 hours of free parking for visitors. There is usually plenty of parking available, making your visit to our boutique easy and convenient.
