Shipping policy

Delivery is via Australia Post. At the time of dispatch we will notify you that your parcel is on its way and provide you with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your item on the Australia Post website.

Delivery is FREE with purchase for all orders over $150 (Australia-wide) however, you can elect to pay for Australia Post's, Express Post service and this option is available to you in checkout. 

Allow 1-2 business days for packing and collection by Australia Post (they collect each afternoon).

We highly recommend using a PO Box or Parcel Locker for more secure delivery. We will not be responsible for items that have been delivered to a residential address and subsequently stolen.

For international orders, if your country is not listed in checkout, please contact us for postage pricing. Postage pricing is for the cost of sending the item only. Any duties or taxes imposed in the destination country will be the responsibility of the purchaser (please investigate this before making your purchase).
